The University of Georgia Institutional Review Board (IRB) has approved new Policies & Procedures and form templates.
The University of Georgia Institutional Review Board (IRB) has approved the following new Policies & Procedures and form templates:
- Policies and Procedures
- Informed Consent Process and Documentation of Informed Consent
- Deception and Incomplete Disclosure (plus Debriefing Form Template)
- HIPAA Authorization Form Template
These are also available in the eResearch IRB Portal Library .
