  • Innovation Gateway executed multiple testing and option agreements for blueberry selections developed by Scott NeSmith, UGA horticulture, and for pecan selections developed by Patrick Conner, UGA horticulture.

  • Innovation Gateway executed multiple license agreements for the newest peanut variety release, “Georgia-18RU,” and for other peanut varieties developed by Bill Branch, UGA crop and soil sciences.
  • A surgical needle designed to improve the speed and consistency of orthopedic reconstruction procedures won the $10,000 top prize at UGA’s Next Top Entrepreneur pitch competition.
