Kevin McCully, professor of kinesiology and director of the Exercise Muscle Physiology Laboratory at the University of Georgia, received his Ph.D. in Physiology from the University of Michigan in 1985 and has spent more than 20 years exploring non-invasive approaches to understanding skeletal muscle metabolism, blood flow and oxygen utilization.

Kevin McCully, professor of kinesiology and director of the Exercise Muscle Physiology Laboratory at the University of Georgia, received his Ph.D. in Physiology from the University of Michigan in 1985 and has spent more than 20 years exploring non-invasive approaches to understanding skeletal muscle metabolism, blood flow and oxygen utilization. McCully also serves as chief scientific officer of Infrared Rx, a biotechnology startup company he co-founded to discover, develop and deliver improved measures of skeletal muscle blood flow and mitochondrial function to advance patient health.
