Unless that stress is mitigated,\u00a0long-term\u00a0health\u00a0can\u00a0suffer.\u00a0Athletic\u00a0nutrition\u00a0and\u00a0training\u00a0staff\u00a0provide\u00a0athletes\u00a0with\u00a0tools\u00a0(nutrition, close monitoring, treatment, etc.) to aid recovery,\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">but not all athletes\u00a0utilize\u00a0those tools fully<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. A healthy athlete can\u00a0represent\u00a0optimal\u00a0human performance, but when injury or damage occurs, athletes also\u00a0provide\u00a0unique insights into recovery. In this pre-seed proposal, we address these two major challenges: 1) how to measure, promote,\u00a0and\u00a0optimize\u00a0health\u00a0and\u00a0function\u00a0in\u00a0athletes,\u00a0and\u00a02)\u00a0how\u00a0to\u00a0use\u00a0insights\u00a0generated\u00a0from\u00a0these\u00a0athletes\u00a0<\/span><i><span
