Graduating students: Remember to close completed human research projects.
Graduating students, remember to close completed human research projects. The closure process is simple, and the information required to complete the form should be readily available when the project is complete. After closure, records related to IRB review as well as the approved materials, signed consent forms, and raw data should be retained for three years. Please visit the Human Research Protection Program website or contact IRB@uga.edu for additional information.
