Twenty seconds of scrubbing with soap and water is recommended after eating and after using the bathroom, sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose or touching your face.<\/p>\n

Twenty seconds\u2014or how long it takes to sing through the alphabet\u2014can seem like a lengthy period of time to wash your hands, but adding a catchy tune can make the time pass more quickly.<\/p>\n
