Faculty External Honors

Ted G. Futris, Associate Professor of Human Development and Family Science in UGA’s College of Family and Consumer sciences, and Francesca Adler-Baeder, Professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Auburn University, are joint recipients of the National Council on Family Relations’ 2018 Margaret E. Arcus Outstanding Family Life Educator Award for outstanding leadership and contributions to the field of family life education.

This award recognizes their contributions to the field of family life education in program development, dissemination, and evaluation, as well as prolific academic scholarship and contribution to theory.
