Drug-Screen

The drug screen test for the presence of marijuana; cocaine; opiates; phencyclidine; and amphetamines. No other substances are tested.  You must provide a cheek-swab sample for the drug screen.

The FSO will contact you to schedule the sample collection for the drug screen.  To provide the sample, you will come to the FSO’s office (or suitable location).  In the presence of the FSO, you will collect the sample, sign the chain of custody document, and arrange to have the package returned via Fedex. The FSO will guide you through the process and can assist with the FedEx.  Please do not eat, drink, or ingest drugs for 10 minutes prior to the scheduled collection.

When you provide your sample, you will also verify your U.S. citizenship.  Please bring your U.S. passport, U.S. birth certificate, Naturalization Certificate (Form N-550 or N-570) or Certificate of Citizenship (N-560 or N-561) to your drug-screen appointment.

Please contact the FSO with any questions about the drug screen or the sample-collection process.
