How do I find the UGA mandatory training courses?

Access the PEP website and login using your MYID/password credentials, if you do not have a UGA MYID please contact Lisa Kelly, Training Coordinator, at lmkelly@uga.edu.

What do I do if I forgot my Username/Password or it is not working?

Please navigate to MYID Password Management for MYID support

Can I change my Username/Password?

Your credentials will always be the same as your UGA MYID and password. If you change your password, the new password will work in PEP.

I don’t see credit on my Animal Use Protocol for courses that I have completed.

Be sure that you have completed all sections of the course and passed the associated quiz. It typically takes 24-48 hours for course credit to download from each training provider to UGA’s Animal Use Protocol system (Artemis). If it has been more than 2 days, please contact Lisa Kelly, Training Coordinator, at lmkelly@uga.edu.

Do I have to submit documentation of courses completed on the Library?

No, the Training Coordinator is automatically notified when you complete courses on the PEP. However, you might want to save documentation for your own records.

Which courses will count for Continued Education credit?

Any course or courses with credit totaling at least 1 hour, with the exception of “UGA IACUC 101” or “UGA IACUC 101 Refresher”. You will see the CE value to the right of where you enter the module.
